Accepted Artwork Formats :

VECTOR

Adobe Illustrator [preferred]: editable EPS or AI up to version CS4

Corel Draw: editable.cdr file

High resolution .jpg or .bmp - this is the least preferred format and may result in a slightly different image.

Please convert all fonts to outlines (curves) or include all fonts required to print out file

DIGITIZED

DST files accepted

Please note:

We cannot do artwork colour separations using Microsoft Word [.DOC] or Powerpoint [.PPT] documents.
This will result in having to re-draw your artwork at a cost. ($40/hr graphic artist fee)
Keep in mind the desired output size will depend on a high quality resolution of artwork. A crisp and clear image ensures the highest quality during production. The lower the resolution, i.e. pixels per inch, the rougher the artwork will appear when printed. Ideal resolution is 300dpi.

Where exact colour matching is requested, artwork should be accompanied by Pantone colour numbers. There will be an additional charge for ink - $125.00

You will be informed if any submitted artwork [electronic or hardcopy] is considered unusable “as is” and requires full or part reconstruction as well as an approximate production time at an additional cost

If you are unclear on artwork requirements or have any questions, call or email us before submitting artwork
